In-person courses: The course is held at Paddington Basin: 5 Merchant Square, London, W2 1AY – just a couple of minutes walk from Paddington mainline and underground stations.

Live online courses: the course is run in our Zoom virtual classroom

In-person: All the course materials for this course are provided in electronic format, so please bring a wireless-enabled laptop or tablet with you to class so you can access the materials.

If you are unable to bring a laptop or tablet, please let us know in advance of the course, so we can make alternative arrangements.

Live online: you will need a computer, laptop or tablet device and an internet connection to access the Zoom virtual classroom

Cancellation by us

Under normal circumstances, our public courses are guaranteed to run. Only under very exceptional circumstances (for example, a trainer being taken ill and no other trainer being available to run the course), would we cancel the course.

If these exceptional circumstances were to occur, we would offer you two options: a full refund of your fees, or a place on the next scheduled course.

If you need to postpone…

If you make a booking and then need to postpone and re-book on a future course, you can do this without penalty.

If you decide to cancel…

If you make a booking and then decide to completely cancel it, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 21 days before the course date: no cancellation fee – you receive your course fee back in full
• Up to 14 days before the course date: 50% cancellation fee – you recieve 50% of your course fees back
• Up to 7 days before the course date: 75% cancellation fee – you receive 25% of your course fee back
• Up to 1 day before the course date: 100% cancellation fee – you do not receive any of your course fee back

You can book and pay using a debit or credit card or by invoice and bank transfer.  Simply choose your preferred method when you reach the checkout page.

If you choose the invoice and bank transfer method, we will contact you to arrange payment, as soon as we receive a system-generated notification of your booking.

Rest assured that when arranging payment by invoice and bank transfer your booking is a confirmed booking, even though we have not received immediate payment.
